Stephen D. Halliday – President and CEO
Steve is President and CEO of AmeriVision
Communications, Inc. d/b/a Affinity4, a company that has raised funds totaling over $75 million to
date for Christian ministries and nonprofit organizations; and also a partner in Ashcroft, Sekulow
& Gregory, LLC, a consulting firm for nonprofit organizations. Previously he has served
as a partner with Wiley, Rein & Fielding, a Washington, DC, law firm specializing in
broadcasting and telecommunications; and a managing partner with Coopers & Lybrand, an
international accounting and consulting firm.
His specialties include media and telecommunications, structuring acquisitions and advising
nonprofit organizations. Media clients have included National Geographic Television, PGA Tour
and CBN/Family Channel.
Further accomplishments include appointment by the Governor of Virginia to the Virginia
Research and Technology Advisory Commission, and having taught at the College of William and Mary
School of Law. Steve received his B.A. from Duke University, his J.D. from the College of
William and Mary and his M.L.T. from Georgetown University Law School. Steve also serves as a
CPA.
Loni Woodley – Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President
Loni joined Affinity4 in 2005 with over 20 years of financial and operational experience. In addition to the financial areas, Loni oversees the product and IT areas of the company. He has previously served as CFO of three other operations in similar industries.
Loni has provided consulting services to many other organizations as well. Loni has provided strategic advice on complex issues ranging from financial restructuring to operational efficiencies with a focus on relating financial information to the operations to improve the overall performance of the company.
Loni earned a B.A. in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, passed the CPA exam, then spent 10 years in various roles, including senior manager, at the public accounting firm of McGladrey & Pullen.
Chuck Jamieson - Senior Director of Marketing and Consumer Sales
Chuck joined Affinity4 in 2007, bringing with him
over 25 years of highly successful business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing and
sales management experience. Chuck came to Affinity4 from Event 360, where he was the Director of
Marketing and Business Development, managing the development and implementation of marketing strategies
for large-scale fund-raising events for clients including The Lance Armstrong Foundation, Susan G.
Komen for the Cure, The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, as well as other nonprofit
organizations.
Chuck has spent more than half his career in various marketing, advertising and sales
promotion roles at Ameritech (now AT&T) in the small business and cellular divisions,
successfully developing and launching the first loyalty program in the cellular industry. He
has managed affinity marketing and retention programs for GE Financial, and has also served as
Director of Client Services at Gateway Marketing International, a full-service advertising
agency.
Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison.
Michael Baldwin – Senior Call Center Manager
Michael joined Affinity4 in 2006, bringing over 10 several years of call center management and business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales experience in the telecommunications industry. He was previously CEO of Making Life Better Solutions, evaluating and providing consulting services to small business owners as well as creating and facilitating sales, leadership, and diversity training modules for powerful organizations including Wal-Mart and Aegis Communications. He founded and grew several small local businesses, and was a key participant in the launch of many of Verizon’s business-to-business initiatives based at their Newport News, VA, location.
Michael attended Thomas Nelson Community College and is a licensed Realtor® in Virginia.
Jeremy McGee – Director of Information Technology
Jeremy joined Affinity4 in 2005 with over 10 years of
experience in information technology and operations. Jeremy directs a team of IT
professionals including database administrators, software developers, and system
administrators. Lately his team has focused on transitioning to a new CRM platform and
streamlining server infrastructure, among other aspects of the business.
Jeremy founded and grew several successful companies during his career, including an IT
consulting firm and an Internet filtering company, which were later sold in whole or in part and
continue to operate today. He has received a number of accolades and awards for his
achievements as an entrepreneur. Additionally, he hosted a weekly technology talk radio
program for a number of years.
Jeremy attended the University of South Carolina at Columbia.
Lisa Solis – Senior Manager, Product Development
Lisa joined Affinity4 in 2005 with over 12 years of
successful business development, sales and marketing experience. Lisa directs all stages of
the product development cycle, overseeing implementation and optimization efforts, and is
responsible for identifying and evaluating direct-to-consumer products that will assist nonprofit
organizations with raising capital funds.
Lisa has experience as a key account representative, including for RVTraderonline.com and
Parenthood.com, where she landed national clients such as Goodyear and Proctor & Gamble.
The majority of her career has been in various marketing and sales management roles, where she
developed business plans and strategies that grew membership, strategic partnerships and sales.
Lisa earned a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Denise Thomson – Senior Manager, Product Development
Denise joined
Affinity4 in 2008 with over 20 years experience in business development, project management
and client relationship management. In the past, Denise served ACE INA in their Customer
Interaction Center, a customer retention, service and sales operation providing solutions for
customers of leading banks, mortgage lenders, international credit card providers, insurance
brokers and other intermediaries. She has managed development and execution of sales and
service programs, including national and international accounts, with a focus on client
satisfaction and delivery of service commitments. Denise has also worked with national
colleges and universities managing their alumni directory programs through Harris
Connect.
She received a bachelor’s degree from Washington College and a master’s degree in business
from Johns Hopkins University.
Rosemary Milazzo – Controller
Rosemary joined Affinity4 in 2008 with 30 years of
financial experience. Rosemary was the Controller for Lillian Vernon Corporation for 20
years, overseeing financial analysis, reporting and forecasting. She was part of the
management team directly involved in two acquisitions, the sale of the company three times and a
bankruptcy filing. She spent 3 years with Ernst & Young, and also has experience in the
healthcare and insurance industries.
Rosemary received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Longwood College and a master’s
degree in business from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Jay A. Sekulow
Jay serves as Chief Counsel for both the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) and the
European Center for Law and Justice (ECLJ). The ACLJ is a law firm and educational
organization specializing in constitutional law and the protection of religious liberties. An
accomplished and respected judicial advocate, he has presented oral argument before the U.S.
Supreme Court in numerous cases in defense of constitutional freedoms.
Jay hosts the daily national call-in radio program, Jay Sekulow Live!, on over 600 stations
and the weekly television program, ACLJ This Week, on Trinity Broadcasting Network, FamilyNet and
other national networks. He has appeared on numerous network television programs and frequently
contributes articles and commentaries to national publications. TIME Magazine named Jay one
of the "25 Most Influential Evangelicals" in America and called the ACLJ "a powerful counterweight"
to the ACLU (2005). The National Law Journal twice named Sekulow one of the "100 Most
Influential Lawyers" in the U.S. (1994, 1997), and he is also among a distinguished group of
attorneys known as "The Public Sector 45" by The American Lawyer (1997) for their “vision and
commitment” that change lives.
A cum laude graduate, Jay received both a B.A. and J.D. from Mercer University and a Ph.D. in
American Legal History from Regent University.
Bishop T.D. Jakes
Bishop Jakes founded The Potter’s House Church in Dallas, TX, in 1996 with 50 families from his
original parish in West Virginia. Christianity Today calls the multi-racial assembly of more than
30,000 members with over 50 outreach ministries “one of America’s fastest growing mega-churches.”&
amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; #160; TIME magazine christened Bishop Jakes “America’s Best Preacher” in
2001 and included him among the "25 Most Influential Evangelicals" in America (2005). An
author of more than 30 books, he has made the New York Times Best-Seller List numerous times.
His successful national conferences “ManPower” and “Woman, Thou Art Loosed” united with “Mega Youth
Experience”, a youth outreach, to become “MegaFest”, an annual family fun and fellowship and fun
event.
Founder of TDJ Enterprises, the Bishop has partnered with Sony, EMI, Time Warner, Rueben
Cannon Productions, Clear Channel and other corporations to produce award-winning theatre and film,
and has released Grammy-nominated music from his label Dexterity Sounds. Bishop Jakes also
hosts The Potter’s Touch, a daily talk show, and produces The Potter’s House television ministry
aired on TBN, BET and other national and international networks. An NAACP President’s Award
recipient, he has also appeared on Oprah, Larry King Live, CNN, CBN and other networks.
Joseph R. Gregory
Joseph (“Joe”) founded King Pharmaceuticals in 1993 with his brothers John and Jefferson.
King Pharmaceuticals went public in 1998, acquiring and building products purchased from big
pharmaceutical companies, such as blood pressure medication Altace®. Under Joe’s leadership,
King Pharmaceuticals has grown immensely and seen billions in revenue. He has donated to
Christian-related causes through King Pharmaceuticals Benevolent Fund, a nonprofit that spreads the
gospel in developing countries and dispenses acetaminophen tablets imprinted with "Jesus
Loves".
Joe is also a generous benefactor, with recipients including Palm Beach Atlantic
University. Using Joe’s donated funds, the University was able to renovate the James Knox
Taylor-designed Bristol Post Office and Custom House, circa 1899, in a substantial project that
protected its distinctively exquisite features and spaces. The building was planned as an adaptive
re-use project and serves as the offices of Gregory Management, LLC.
He has also formed several large investment funds and has extensive experience on Wall
Street.
Dalton Lott
Dalton began his career as salesman for a major food distributor, and founded Club Marketing
Services in the early 1980s. He is CEO of the sales and marketing company whose wholesale club
customers include Sam’s, Wal-Mart and Costco. Based in Duncanville, Texas, the company now
has offices throughout the U.S.
He also owns and manages several other companies throughout Texas, as well as in Branson,
Missouri. Dalton is a veteran business executive with over 35 years experience in numerous
national sales positions with a variety of national manufacturers.
Dalton received a bachelor's degree and an honorary doctorate from Baptist Christian College.
Curtis Wallace
Curtis serves as COO and an attorney of TDJ Enterprises and works to bring the worlds of faith
and business together for mutual benefit. A magna cum laude graduate of the Southern Methodist
University School of Law, he applied his expertise to spearhead the 2004 feature film Woman thou
Art Loosed!, three live stage productions (Woman Thou Art Loosed!, Behind Closed Doors and Cover
Girls), “God’s Leading Ladies” conference series, “Maximize the Moment” series with Time Life
Video, as well as the successful Gospel music label Dexterity Sounds, in partnership with EMI
Christian Music Group.
Prior to joining TDJ Enterprises, Curtis practiced law with Weil, Gotshal & Manges, as
well as Brewer, Brewer, Anthony & Middlebrook, where he led the firm’s transactional practice
group. He represented individuals, businesses, banks, investment groups and nonprofit organizations
in a diverse array of corporate and real estate transactions. Curtis also serves on the board
of directors of The Parkland Foundation and Wycliffe Resources, Inc.
